Risking your safety is just not a chance we want you to take. TREK Bike Store and many volunteers will be offering their expertise to help you increase your odds of a safe ride.

• Sponsored rest stops every 7 to 11 miles are stocked with high-energy snacks and natural spring water
• TREK Wrench Force and local dealers provide mechanical rider support
• Volunteer vehicles provide sag assistance
• Medical personnel will be present along your ride
• Hundreds of friendly volunteers direct you along the ride

Remember, the Bike For Boys & Girls Club is a ride, not a race. We require you to wear a helmet.

Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the ride and post-ride party.
